Welcome to the Families First Home Educators. Our primary purpose is to encourage and support homeschool families in their effort to educate their children at home. We serve families in the Daviess, Martin, and surrounding counties of southern Indiana.
it's a joy
Educating your child at home is a unique privilege. God has given you the responsibility to teach your child about Him in everything you do throughout the day. See him in the little moments and teach your children to do the same. Solomon states, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge" (Pr 1:7). Knowing that you are educating your children from a biblical worldview and teaching them that all areas of study are for the glory of God brings true and lasting joy.
it's an adventure
There's so much to do!
Our group offers monthly field trips, weekly physical education, 4-H, two semesters of Co-op, a volleyball league for the girls, and basketball for the guys. We also have special events for the holidays throughout the year and you won't want to miss the family game night. Mom's night out is a highlight every two months as we share the joys and trials of teaching our children at home.
A highlight for the students is our
end of the year track and field
day - the competition is tough!
